CleanR Grupa plans to launch its first bond issue
AS CleanR Grupa, a group that manages Latvia’s leading companies in the environmental services industry sectors such as waste management and premises, road, and urban environment maintenance, is planning to launch its first bond issue. The bonds will be offered in a single issue, and the issue will be organised by Signet bank, a bank assisting the leading Baltic companies to attract funds in the capital markets.
“The debut in the bond market is a significant step for CleanR Grupa’s further growth. The structural changes implemented last year that include strengthening of the Group’s corporate governance model and establishing new companies with a narrowed business focus were the homework before embarking on the next strategic stage in the Group’s development. The Group’s long-term focus is placed on sustainability and operations supporting climate neutrality as well as substantial capital investments. To achieve it, it is necessary to utilise instruments of the capital market,” says Guntars Kokorevičs, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CleanR Grupa.
The funds raised from the bond issue will be used to implement the Group’s investment plan, which seeks to expand and diversify the range of services offered by the Group’s companies and strengthen the company’s position in the waste management, territory, and urban environment maintenance sectors.

The secured bond issue is planned in the form of a private placement in November this year, and the issued bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Riga First North market. Concrete bond issue parameters will be defined in the terms of the issue.
