Andrejs Šilinskis appointed as Chairman of the Board of Vizii

Andrejs Šilinskis, who is a recognized industry expert, has assumed his duties as the Chairman of the Board at Vizii, a commercial cleaning company belonging to CleanR Grupa.

Mr. Šilinskis has worked in the field of premises cleaning and property management for over 20 years. In 2002, he started working for Impel Serviks, becoming the company’s Chairman of the Board in 2018.  On the Vizii Board, Šilinskis will work together with the company’s current representative Juris Zālītis.

Šilinskis is also a Member of the Board of the Latvian Rugby Federation. He has graduated from Riga State Gymnasium No 1 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the RISEBA business school.

Last year, CleanR Grupa carried out structural changes, separating some of its business lines and setting up new subsidiary companies of the group, strengthening its corporate governance model, introducing sustainable solutions into its daily operations, investing in modernization of infrastructure and automation.
