Survey: CleanR Grupa recognized as the most desirable employer in environmental services sector
CleanR Grupa is the only environmental services company that has entered Latvia’s annual TOP 50 Most Attractive Employers list compiled by CV-Online Latvia, the leading recruitment firm in the country, tells Elita Tīlīte–Kārkle, the Group’s Head of HR.
The survey asked its respondents to name an employer that first springs to their mind when asked about the best and most sought-after workplace. CleanR Grupa came 39th in the ranking.
“In the survey, nearly 16 thousand respondents spontaneously mentioned a total of 1036 different companies, around 5% of them making it into the TOP 50 Most Attractive Employers list,” adds Tīlīte–Kārkle.
CleanR Grupa’s Head of HR expressed pride in the achievement yet emphasized that these are also the fruit of all the hard work put in until now.
“A significant part of the respondents are the company’s existing and former employees, therefore we are truly pleased to see that our employees recognize the company’s efforts to improve the working environment, safety at work, employee well-being, as well as the fringe benefits package. For instance, besides health and accident insurance, the companies of CleanR Grupa offer their employees additional support aimed at various life situations, thus expanding their employee’s safety cushion and increasing their sense of stability,” explains Tīlīte–Kārkle.
Also, this heating season, CleanR Grupa allocated nearly a quarter of a million euros to help its employees cope with the surging energy prices—support which was received by more than 800 workers. “Employees and social responsibility are at the focal center of CleanR Grupa” adds Tīlīte–Kārkle.
Latvia’s TOP 50 Best Employers survey has been conducted for the 12th consecutive year by the recruitment company CV-Online Latvia. To determine Latvia’s Best Employers of 2022, from January 17 to February 28, 2023, 15 917 respondents from all over the country took part in an online survey.
