Fixing of CleanR Grupa bond coupon rate

CleanR Grupa announces fixing coupon rate for a floating-rate bond effective from 31 March 2024.

The new coupon rate for secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing listed on Nasdaq First North is as follows:

• CleanR Grupa 3Y bond, maturity on 9 December 2025, coupon rate for period from 31 March 2024 until 29 June 2024 (including) is now 10,386 %. The coupon for this period will be paid on 1 July 2024.

The previous coupon rate for secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing listed on Nasdaq First North was following:

• CleanR Grupa 3Y bond, maturity on 9 December 2025, coupon rate for period from 30 December 2023 until 30 March 2024 (including) was 10,431 %.
