Jānis Reinfelds joins the board of SIA CleanR Verso
CleanR Verso, an industrial waste and construction debris management company of the CleanR Group, is strengthening its management team with the addition of experienced professional Jānis Reinfelds, the company announced.
Industrial waste and debris management has long been a business line of CleanR. Since 2023, CleanR Group’s reorganization has resulted in its separation as a separate company – SIA CleanR Verso. The company manages and recycles industrial and construction waste into reusable materials.
Jānis Reinfelds has more than ten years of experience working in management positions in Latvian and foreign companies with activities including real estate management and construction. Reinfelds will be responsible for finances, HR and logistics.
At CleanR Verso’s waste sorting and recycling center Nomales, more than 80% of all industrial waste and construction debris brought to the center was recycled and returned to the secondary cycle last year, contributing to Latvia’s overall circular economy goals.
“CleanR Verso has ambitious goals to continue to significantly increase the recycling of industrial waste and reduce the grey area in construction waste management, thus preventing it from entering the environment. Reinfelds’ diverse experience working in multi-sector companies, including construction, manufacturing and real estate management, will be a valuable contribution to the company’s development,” Juris Gulbis, Chairman of the Board of CleanR Group, commented on Reinfelds’ confirmation as a member of the Management Board.
Jānis Reinfelds will start his new position at CleanR Verso on July 24 this year. With Reinfelds’ joining, Guntars Levics, a member of CleanR Verso’s Management Board, will leave the company’s Management Board and continue his professional activity in the Management Board of the company’s parent company, joint-stock CleanR Group, where he has been working since February 2022.
