Harijs Krongorns is a shareholder of CleanR Grupa, holding a 6% stake in the company.

Extensive board member experience in large companies – was a long-time CEO of Swedbank Latvia, also non-executive Board Member and investor in fuel and convenience retailer KOOL. Currently is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrolats Grupa, Member of Executive Committee of the Latvian Olympic Committee, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of the Moldova commercial bank "Victoriabank" as a nominated director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Manager with international experience in company transformation and development of innovative business models. Has been a long-serving CEO of Tet, a technology and entertainment company, as well as Head of A.C.B. Grupa’s subsidiary companies ACBR and 8CBR. Before that, has worked for several different food processing and financial companies in Latvia and abroad.

More than 10 years of legal work experience in companies of various sizes, extensive experience in the development of legal acts and cooperation with state administration institutions. Considerable experience in the implementation of EU fund projects. Experience in improving the corporate governance of companies.

17 years’ experience in waste management industry. Developed significant waste management projects, like, establishment of the largest sorting plant in Baltics, first plastic recycling plant for AS “CleanR Grupa” – both co-financed by EU funds.

Wealth of experience as a corporate communications and sustainability officer, as well as an investor relations expert at companies of various profiles. Has worked as Head of Communications for national electricity distributor Sadales tīkls and Cēsu alus, Latvia’s largest beer brewery, an advisor to the Minister of Economics of Latvia, as well as Chief Officer for Communication and Investor Relations at Eleving Group, a global financial technology company. Has been with CleanR Grupa since 2022, previously holding the position of Chief Officer for Corporate Affairs and Sustainability.
