Fixing of CleanR Grupa bond coupon rate

CleanR Grupa announces fixing coupon rate for a floating-rate bond effective from 30 September 2025.

The new coupon rate for secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing listed on Nasdaq First North is as follows:

• CleanR Grupa 3Y bond, maturity on 9 December 2025, coupon rate for period from 30 September 2025 until 8 December 2025 (including) is now 8,493 %. The coupon for this period will be paid on 9 December 2025.

The previous coupon rate for secured bonds with quarterly interest rate fixing listed on Nasdaq First North was following:

• CleanR Grupa 3Y bond, maturity on 9 December 2025, coupon rate for period from 30 June 2025 until 29 September 2025 (including) was 8,497 %.
