Margo Ojapervs joins CleanR Verso Board

As of September 27, Aleksandrs Ugorenko will step down as Chairman of the Management Board at CleanR Verso and Margo Ojapervs will join the Management Board as a new member, the company reports.

Margo Ojapervs, who until now was Production Director at CleanR Verso, is an experienced industry professional specializing in production management, technical support and process improvement, he has also worked on project management at such companies as Lode Group, Stenders and others.

Jānis Reinfelds continues as a Member of the Board. He has more than ten years of experience in management positions at Latvian and foreign companies operating in real estate management and construction. Reinfelds is in charge of financial, human resources and logistics management.

At the beginning of the year, CleanR Verso completed and put into operation the most advanced manufacturing and industrial waste sorting line in the Baltics, where more than 100,000 tons of various industrial and construction waste will be sorted annually. This year, work continues on modernization of construction waste sorting center Nomales, which will make the plant more environmentally friendly and increase the volumes of waste sorted. The modernization project is to be fully completed by the end of this year.

CleanR Verso manages industrial and construction waste and recycles it into reusable materials. Industrial and construction waste management has long been one of the business lines of CleanR, and as part of CleanR Grupa reorganization it was spun off as a separate company CleanR Verso in 2023
