Juris Gulbis to step down as Chairman of the Management Board of AS “CleanR Grupa”

Effective 1 November 2026, Juris Gulbis will step down as Chairman of the Management Board of AS “CleanR Grupa” after three and a half years in the role.

Juris Gulbis joined CleanR Grupa as the company was starting to introduce a new business model and expand its operations. Under his leadership, the Group completed several company acquisitions and built a solid foundation for future growth.

“Juris Gulbis has led CleanR Grupa through an important stage of its development. I thank him for his dedication, his professional leadership and the results he and the team have achieved together,” says Guntars Kokorevičs, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS “CleanR Grupa”.

CleanR Grupa is continuing to work towards its growth goals. Its focus is on sustainable development, a stronger market position, efficient processes and risk management, and greater business resilience. From 1 November, current Management Board members Agita Baltbārde, Inta Liepa and Guntars Levics will continue to serve on the company’s Management Board.
