CleanR Grupa rings the Nasdaq bell in Times Square, New York
On Monday, November 24, AS CleanR Grupa, which manages leading environmental services companies in Latvia, participated in the Nasdaq bell ceremony in Times Square, New York, celebrating the company’s success in the Nasdaq Baltic Awards 2025 category Investor Relations of the Year, the company informed.

Juris Gulbis, Chairman of the Board of AS CleanR Grupa, says that this event emphasizes the company’s professional performance in the capital market and consistent work to strengthen the quality of investor communication. “Participation in the most legendary ceremony in the world’s financial center confirms CleanR Grupa’s consistent approach to strengthening investor relations. The award is the result of the systematic work of the entire extensive team,” comments Gulbis.
Two companies from Latvia participated in the ceremony: CleanR Grupa and Latvenergo.
CleanR Grupa has already received several significant awards this year: in addition to its performance in the Nasdaq Baltic Awards 2025 Best Investor Relations award on the Nasdaq First North bond market, the company has been included in the list of the most valuable companies in Latvia – #TOP101, which has been compiled by Nasdaq Riga and Prudentia for the twentieth year. CleanR Grupa has been included in the TOP 10 highest-rated companies in the Corporate Governance Assessment, which is especially important, as the Group is the only private company with local capital in this regard.
As already announced, to win the Nasdaq Baltic Awards, companies listed on the Nasdaq Baltic exchanges were evaluated based on their achievements in transparency, investor relations, and good corporate governance. In addition, the companies’ trading activity was evaluated, and the assessment of market analysts, media, and investors was taken into account.
