CleanR Grupa receives approval from Latvijas Banka for the renewed base prospectus for the remaining EUR 35 million bond programme

28 Oct 2026

Latvijas Banka (the central bank of Latvia) has approved the new base prospectus for CleanR Grupa bond offering program. This allows the company to continue the bond program it launched in 2025 and to issue bonds for the remaining aggregate amount of up to EUR 35 million.

In its next bond issues, CleanR Grupa intends to issue the remaining EUR 35 million under its EUR 50 million bond program, subject to market conditions and financing needs.

“As planned, the EUR 15 million raised in the first issue under the bond program was used to refinance existing bonds. Under the Group’s overall bond program, we plan to raise up to EUR 50 million to fund growth projects, including potential mergers and acquisitions in the Baltics,” said Gatis Buls, CFO of CleanR Grupa.

As previously announced, on February 4 of this year, CleanR Grupa’s EUR 15 million bond issue was admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic regulated market. This marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and its transition to higher capital-market standards.

During the public offering, demand for CleanR Grupa’s bonds was 2.5 times the amount offered. Demand from institutional and retail investors reached EUR 37.8 million, well above the EUR 15 million offering target.

CleanR Grupa is one of Latvia’s leading environmental services companies. It has grown from a utility services provider into a full-cycle environmental services company. In recent years, the Group has deliberately expanded its operations, diversified its revenue base, and strengthened its market position through several M&A transactions. Its new 2025–2027 strategy calls for further growth across the Baltics through investment in the circular economy, advanced recycling technologies, and digitalization.
